Why Kriya Tantra Yoga?
Share
Yoga encompasses many facets, with asana (yogic postures) being only a small part of this ancient science of self-realization. Through Kriya Tantra Yoga, we mentally direct energy to move upward and downward around the six spinal centers, which correspond to the 12 signs of the zodiac (the cosmic man/woman).
Even just one and a half minutes of this energy revolution around the sensitive spinal cord can produce subtle progress equivalent to one year of natural spiritual growth, activating the Kundalini Shakti. This practice also facilitates the flow of energy through the 72,000 Nadis spread throughout the body and the Chakras along the spine. The regular practice of Kriya Kundalini Pranayama awakens the Kundalini energy, gradually piercing each chakra, and eventually driving it to the crown chakra for true blissful union with the divine.

Kriya consists of Pranayama (breathwork), yantra, asana, mudra, and mantra. It is accessible to all beings. The ultimate result of Kriya practice is loving self-realization and blissful love, which is a core principle of Kriya Tantra Yoga.
Kriya Yoga is a simple, psychological method through which human blood is de-carbonated and recharged with oxygen. The atoms of this extra oxygen are transmuted into life current, rejuvenating the brain and spinal centers. By halting the accumulation of toxic blood, we can slow or prevent the decay of tissues. With dedicated practice, we can transmute our cells into pure energy.
We can begin to realize that all things are protons, neutrons, and electrons, and can change form. We are not just dense energy matter.
We can become sweet like juicy nectar, with our aura charged with pranic energy. This enables dynamic, blissful meditations and the conscious projection of potent electromagnetic energy, fueling the mind, body, and spirit into enlightened joy. Our psychic centers shine like the gold of alchemical distillation.

This practice is for all beings, helping them understand and access their true divinity and Dharma. Through the ancient practices of jappa (repetition ) mantra, pranayama, and tantric meditation, we move beyond the thinking mind, developing a practice that allows us to be fully present, explore our personal potential, and confront self-limiting thoughts.
Other benefits are eliminating impurities that cause dis-ease, reducing worry and increasing peace of mind , being filled with unlimited creativity and inspiration, having a flexible strong body , mind and spirit and being present to experience life fully in a state of Unyielding faith and love. It’s a life long process with the most ecstatic manifestations for infinite lives of success!
