“Rudra Shakti sema vesha prim”The first power that flows through all of us is the experience of Shakti .
This is a protocol to rise to your ultimate bliss , spiritual awakening, overflowing abundance, healthy potency and more.
Kali 64 Yogini Kula, the 3 Tantras of the goddess (kalika Purana being one of them) and many other ancient tantric texts allude to such potent sadhana practices.
This is Sadhana practice for Radical personal transformation, permanent expanded awareness and a cosmic love that radiates into all forms of Manifestation.

Procedure :
Preparing ritual space
* Find a nook in your home and create a sacred space .If there is a window or someplace where you can actually see the moon stars and sun great but if not, use your intuition to pick it.North east is divine if it flows for you.
* Add an altar cloth .
Altar building with the elements: Items to represent al 5 elements Earth , air , water , fire, Ether.
* Place your Sri Yantra ,
* Place goddess yantra
* Place goddess murti (Idol)
* Anoint the altar with all personal things that you would love.
* Activate All the elements.
* This is all Naked or clothed in clean fresh gowns , robes or anything that feels sacred and ceremonial representing the god/goddess you connect with and that is inside you .
* KRIYA BREATHWORK .There are many many many of these outlined in my other articles and courses
* Trataka Meditation (candle gazing)
* Sri yantra meditation
* Mantra yoga : (mantras outlined in other articles as this is a HUGE topic.
* The ideal mantra practice is in this order
Guru
Ganesh
Planets
Shiva /your Shakti goddess

* Invoke or evoke your goddess of the yantra , mantra )You may have been given a mantra by a guru or spiritual advisor or you may have your own.
* Japa (need mala beads for repetitions ) 11,21,64 ,108
* Use chosen Mudra or if you don’t have one just finger to thumb .
* Option Breath of bliss (Bhairavi) 8 or 16 rounds (or after if using solo climactic ritual)
Now you are SUPERCHARGED!
* Lingam or yoni puja: anointing and cellular activation) use bandhas to move reproductive fluid. UP UP UP
* You can practice absorbing Yourself into the cosmic climax. If your god/goddess is also in the form of a lover you can Visualize god/goddess intimacy .
* Shamanic tools to make sound in the beginning and at the end . (Hand bells , rattles ,singing bowls, sword for cutting through beej mantra (see mantra magik article) PHAT is one to cut at end.
Closing the space:
* (option for naga/nagini protection mantra)
* Thank all the goddesses, gods, gurus, deities , planets, Ethereal beings,elements , spirit guides.(This can be done in one single mantra)
* Temple dance if appropriate and desired. This can be a simple few moment, practice, seated or standing.This is The cosmic ritual dance of ecstatic creation .
* Extinguish all implements/incense. Observe how they move in the air for a few moments .
* engage Prayer hands to balance shiva/shakti and offer gratitude
* Leave altar without turning your back.(Walk backwards)
* Each day activate and energize your alter space.This represents the body of you. Make offerings of your choice make it lavish and sexy.
Other simple powerful mediation practices:
* Staring at the sky as if it is your head and staring into nature
*Absorbing yourself into the aftermath of climax
*Merging with a flower even down to its smell (sharing smell)
when you are ready to dispose of the ritual items on the altar, please do not throw them in the trash. Continue to treat them with reverence . Plant them in the ground or throw them into a body of water or find some other sacred way of sending them back into Mother Earth This is your body too!
We are Masterminding movement with the “Serpentine spine practice” outlined by Ma Jen Zaya Rasa which I feel has been gracefully transmitted to my subtle senses and “second sight” by the the ascended masters, gurus, unseen ethereal beings , Naga ancestors , the goddess , the agiyogi and the Rishis beyond the veil of space and time.
This practice may seem long and involved, but once you are set up, this can be done in various increments of time even if you only have 10, 15 or 20 minutes a day so do not dismiss it because you feel it is daunting overwhelming it is not. It is blissful. Of course longer increments are recommended, but that is up to the intention of the practitioner and you’re longing to be filled in union with Devi goddess inside you..
